These Official Rules & Regulations govern the conduct of the raffle and together with the decisions of the American Saddle Horse Museum Association Inc. dba The American Saddlebred Museum are binding on everyone who purchases a raffle ticket and/or who is named on a raffle ticket. The American Saddle Horse Museum Assn. Victory Pass Raffle is a fundraising activity in support of the American Saddlebred Museum conducted by the American Saddlebred Museum. These official rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented unless such waiver, modification or supplementation is made in writing by the American Saddle Horse Museum Association.
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: The grand prize drawing will be held on April 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM EST at the American Saddlebred Museum, 4083 Wing Commander Way, Lexington, KY. The winning ticket will be drawn at random from a container holding all eligible raffle tickets purchased. The winner does not need to be present to win.
TICKETS: The price per ticket is $20.00 each and may be purchased from the American Saddlebred Museum via our website, in our offices/gift shop, or purchased by phone. Tickets may be purchased online until approximately 10:00 AM EST, April 5, 2024. Upon acceptance, purchasers will receive an email providing a copy of their raffle ticket number(s). ASM is not responsible for undelivered, lost or rejected emails.
GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package including 8 nights convenient accommodation for the World’s Championship Horse Show, a golf cart rental for the week, 4 box seats for all performances, 1 VIP parking pass for the week and 2 tickets to the American Saddlebred Museum party during the WCHS. The fair market value of this package is $4,200.
The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone, email and posted on the American Saddlebred Museum Facebook page. The winner will need to provide proper identification. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by the American Saddlebred Museum without any further compensation.
The grand prize winner assumes and must pay all income taxes, local, state and federal taxes. The American Saddle Horse Museum Assn. assumes no responsibility for a prize winner’s tax obligations and suggests you consult your tax advisor. Forms W-2G & 941 will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service to report the value of the prize won. The winner will also receive a copy of form W-2G. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
By participating in this raffle, all ticket purchasers and the person named on each raffle ticket accept and agree to be bound by all the rules, limitations and restrictions set forth here and that their names and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the American Saddle Horse Museum Assn for publicity purposes and naming of the prize winner to be published on our website, social media and print.
By participating in this raffle, each participant releases the American Saddle Horse Museum Association and each of its respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to , liability for injuries, losses or damages arising from or caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and each winner agrees to indemnify and hold American Saddle Horse Museum Assn. and each of its respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.
ELIGIBILITY: Raffle ticket purchasers and the person named on a raffle ticket must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of a business, trust, corporation or other entity, or wherever prohibited by applicable law. Offer void where prohibited by law.
The American Saddlebred Museum Board Members, Committee Members and employees and their families are eligible to purchase tickets and have the same odds of winning. We are a non-profit and this is a fundraising endeavor.
REFUNDS: All raffle ticket sales are final.
REGISTRATION: This raffle is conducted for the benefit of the American Saddlebred Museum by the American Saddle Horse Museum Association, Inc and is licensed by the Kentucky Office of Charitable Gaming, License number ORG0002659.
