The annual Victory Pass Raffle is your opportunity to win a trip to the World's Championship Horse Show at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville, KY in August!
Ticket sales for the Victory Pass Raffle typically begin in late January and the drawing occurs during the Kentucky Spring Premier Horse Show in April at the Kentucky Horse Park.
